Inter-Link Language Centre (ILC) provides full assistance for international students who require a Malaysian student visa. Our team guides you through document preparation, EMGS submission, insurance coverage, and visa approval to ensure a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish.
ILC welcomes all students and provides full support based on their immigration category.
Before the visa application can be submitted, students must provide all required documents to ILC. Incomplete submissions will delay visa processing.

Once your documents are approved, ILC issues your official Offer Letter.

The type of entry visa you must obtain depends on your nationality and whether a Malaysian Embassy is available in your country of residence. Based on these factors, you will either apply for an e-Visa, a Single Entry Visa (SEV), or enter Malaysia using Visa on Arrival (VOA).
ILC assists with airport immigration clearance and provides arrival guidance.
Students from the following countries can apply for an e-Visa online (no embassy visit required):
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain
Students from these countries must visit the Malaysian Embassy to obtain a SEV before flying:

Students from countries without e-Visa access and without a Malaysian Embassy may enter Malaysia using Visa On Arrival (VOA) with their e-VAL.
ILC staff will be present at the airport to assist with VOA processing and immigration clearance.

Students from China and local students may use Touch ’n Go for eligible payments.

ILC staff will meet and assist you at the airport for a smooth arrival.
